Where we can’t resolve your issue remotely, Silver cover can entitle you to an on-site engineer visit during year dependent for local customers*.

Any additional call-outs during the year will be charged at our standard daily rate.

As a Silver level support customer, you’ll receive priority service over Bronze support subscribers and all non-subscription holders.

Fast Support Response Time

Once we’ve logged your support request, we’ll respond within 24 hours on weekdays, guaranteed.

Annual System Health Check

Once a year, we’ll carry out a remote health check on your Platinum hardware and software to ensure your system is working perfectly now and in future.

Up to Date and Informed

As part of the Addtime family you will automatically receive an Addtime Newsletter on a regular basis, keeping you informed of changes within our portfolio and useful help and support to get more from your Platinum software.

Customer Care

Our customer care team will be in touch every 6 months to ensure you are getting maximum benefits from your Platinum system.
