Where we can’t resolve your issues remotely, Gold cover entitles you to multiple on-site engineer visits per year.*

As a Gold level support customer, you’ll receive priority service over Bronze and Silver support subscribers and all non-subscription holders.

Once we’ve logged your support request, we’ll respond within 6 hours on weekdays (within office hours), guaranteed.

All parts and repairs – on site or in our workshop – are included.

Annual System Health Check

Once a year, we’ll carry out a health check on your Addtime system that includes:

  • Full electrical check on all terminal(s)
  • Inspection and clean of all terminals inside & out
  • Setup of annual BST/GMT time changes
  • Test communication between terminals
  • Your engineer will discuss any changes in your requirements and check that you are using your system to its full potential.
  • Your annual health check may be conducted whilst carrying out an onsite call.

System reprogramming

Making changes to your company’s rules and policies? We’ll re-programme the system so it stays in step with your business.

Software Updates

No need to worry about whether your software is up to date. We’ll update remotely whenever there’s a new release.

Up to Date and Informed

As part of the Addtime family you’ll automatically receive Addtime News, keeping you informed of the latest workforce management developments and products.

Customer Care

Our customer care team will be in touch every 6 months to ensure you’re completely happy with your Addtime product or service.
